Consultation Services

Due to recent popularity for his abilities, WD Allan's time is currently under great demand and while he wishes to make himself available for readings and consultation to everyone possible, he must keep life sane and accept service requests only on a VERY limited basis. His services must therefore be on an acceptance basis only.

If you wish to seek WD Allan's assistance for a reading or for consultation services, you must first submit a request through the "Contact Us" form available at the tab on the top menu of the website home page. You will quickly then be sent an acceptance or denial email regarding your request for your reading with instructions for payment menthods, usually through Paypal. Services are according to a set-rate and will not be varied under any circumstances. The payment schedule is as follows.

Email Readings $45

Usually the most convenient method for people and the most cost effective. When choosing for the email reading option and after WD has agreed to perform the reading for you, you may then submit up to five questions, no more please, otherwise a request for your re-submittal will be sent.

All payment methods will be arranged in response to your initial contact request for consultation/reading.

WD reserves the right to remit your payment back to you in total should he conclude that he cannot help you. In such a case he can refer you to another spiritual consultant should you so wish. All remitted payments, unless otherwise arranged with WD will be only through PayPal.

All Readings Services are on an "at-will" basis and the understanding is clear that your answers are according to what WD senses at the time of his reading. Lives and situations do change with the clients daily thoughts and decisions.

NOTE: (Telephonic Readings are not currently being offered. WD's current schedule doesn't allow for this option at this time. Stay tuned however! Once WD's schedule allows he will open this service to his clients again.)

Telephone readings are scheduled according to one (1) fourty (40) minute session rate. The usual outline for a telephone reading is the same as the email reading but verbally relayed over the telephone. The client should plan to set down five firm questions that they wish assistance with. Sessions are scheduled with the client by pre-arranged date and time and will end firmly at the fourty minute session time. Telephonic readings are certainly a more interactive format and as they take longer, there are only a very limited number of telephonic readings that will be scheduled during any week. Once this allowed time is full, there will be no additions to the schedule under any circumstances. WD reserves the right to remit your payment back to you in total should he conclude that he cannot help you. In such a case he can refer you to another spiritual consultant should you so wish. All remitted payments, unless otherwise arranged with WD will be only through PayPal.

Private Spiritual Consultation $150/hour

NOTE: This service is available only as a pre-arranged service with WD's acceptance.

This option is only for professional (in-person) consultation services outside of the general psychic questionnaire format and must be an agreed upon service pre-arranged between WD Allan and the client on detailed matters such as in-person house cleansings, spiritual/ghost investigation consultation or other professional spiritual/psychic needs, etc. (must be ONLY in the New England Region for the time being) unless alternate arrangements can be agreed upon before hand with WD himself.

These services are on a VERY limited basis and WD reserves the right to refuse any client or case he feels is not appropriate for reasons not necessarily disclosed.

In any such a case he will inform the client at the initial consultation request. Such a denial of service should it arise in the process of the case and when in such a case up to the attending hour(s) of service will be the only final billable hour charged and is understood to be non-refundable. WD will then refer the client to a reliable option should the client so wish. In most cases this will be a moot point since these services will be already pre-arranged via telephone ahead of time.

Before the Private Spiritual Consultation option can be chosen, any client seeking this service must first contact WD through his "Contact Us" tab on his website to provide a short summary (a short paragraph only), about why you are seeking in-person, on-site private consultation services, so WD can determine whether or not he can help you, and so he can call you back personally to arrange services or to decline services to you in person in either case. Please include contact information in the contact-us form on spiritualitymoment.com of your email address and a telephone number where WD's Administrative Assistant can contact you to determine the viability of the service requested. If services are accepted by WD and the client is satisfied with the potential of him helping he/she/they, only the first hour of service will be required to secure the consultation. This must be paid at the time of the acceptance by WD for his services as a retainer and is non-refundable.

WD Allan is a professional with over 20 years experience in the helping services. Services provided by him are always of the highest of professional caliber and are always based in ethical principles according to professional principles of ethics. Informed consent for the client will be first and foremost provided to each and every consultation inquired. If you are seeking someone to simply come to you to indicate whether or not you have a ghost/spirit, or are seeking something akin to a carnival vendor to put on a show, please DO NOT submit a request for it will be denied. WD's time is valuable and he recognizes that if you are truly seeking honest and valued assistance in a personal or a professional matter, your time is JUST AS VALUED as his is.

ABSOLUTE discretion will always be presumed and practiced except in such cases where the risk is present for the client or an underaged person(s), or an elderly person(s) "IS" currently at risk for harm or when such a case is taking place. In such cases, there are legal requirements that force disclosure to the appropriate authorities for their safety or the saftey of someone potentially at risk. Your safety and the safety of your loved ones is and will always remain the first order of business! This is in part to the informed consent for services.

Final payment for the completed hours of consultation services will be expected at the time of completion of the entirety of the consultation.
